Thank you for your support

All Labour candidates in Ipswich thank everyone who voted for them for their support.

Whilst the outcome of the parliamentary election was a great disappointment, Labour fared better in the Ipswich Borough Council elections.  The party took a seat from the Tories in Sprites Ward and another from the Liberal Democrats in Whitehouse.  This consolidates Labour's position as the largest party on the council, with 23 of the 48 seats.

Details of all Labour Ipswich Borough Councillors can be found here.
