After the past 18 months of disruption to our children’s education from covid, it is more important than ever to make sure our kids are in the classroom and learning again.  

Many children from Ravenswood rely on the bus to get to Kesgrave High School every day, including children with disabilities and pupils who would otherwise not be able to get to school.   

But our local 511 bus service is going to stop running because it makes a loss for the provider.  

The 511 bus service has an enormous amount of significance to local school children for their education.  

We are calling on Suffolk County Council as the local authority with responsibility for transport and education to step in and ensure a bus service is provided so children on Ravenswood can continue to go to their school.
