If elected on Thursday 7th May David will fight for Ipswich, locally and at Westminster.
As Leader of Ipswich Borough Council David has protected services from Government cuts, started building council houses and has taken bold decisions like the purchase of the sugar beet site to bring new jobs to Ipswich.
David has fought campaigns against library closures, axing lollipop patrols, the privatisation of care homes, and the closure of Children's Centres. Ben Gummer has been on the wrong side on all these issues.
David would vote at Westminster in the best interests of Ipswich residents.
