Vote Today for Sarah Adams in St John's

Polling stations are open in St John's division of Suffolk County Council, for residents to cast their vote for a new County Councillor.

Please use your vote to elect Sarah Adams to fill the vacancy caused by Sandy Martin standing down following his election to Parliament.

Sandy Martin says:

"Sarah served with me as a county councillor, and as my deputy leader, until 4th May. Four years ago, she became the first ever Labour county councillor to represent St Margaret's, and came very close to repeating this feat in May.  Sarah was brought up in St John's ward, living in Trafalgar Close, just off Spring Road.  As Labour spokesperson on Health and Adult Social Care, Sarah held the County Council to account for its poor record.  An impartial observer of Suffolk's political scene has described her as "one of the best councillors I've ever come across", a view which I share.

"Sarah has already received my vote - by post - and I hope that she will receive yours too."

Polling stations are open until 10pm this evening.

You don't need your poll card to vote.

Completed postal voting packs can be returned to your local polling station.

If you've lost your postal vote or don't know where your polling station is, phone Ipswich Borough Council on 432533.

Use your vote for SARAH ADAMS, Labour Party Candidate.
