Ipswich Labour is delighted with the latest new-build council houses. A former garage site off Sheldrake Drive has been transformed into seven 2-bed houses and one 3-bed wheelchair adapted bungalow. These will be let at affordable rents to Ipswich people on the council’s waiting list.
