Once the site of Hope Church, Fore Hamlet is poised to redefine urban living in Ipswich, offering thirty new homes complete with shared gardens and dedicated onsite parking. This transformative development, celebrated with a ceremonial groundbreaking today (7 March).
This pivotal moment signifies the start of construction on a project set to deliver modern, sustainable living spaces and rejuvenating the area. Expected to reach completion in Autumn 2025, The Orwell Centre will feature thirty contemporary flats, embodying Handford Homes and SEH French Construction’s commitment to sustainability and innovation.
